How do I book an appointment?
Use the appointment form or WhatsApp us with your service, preferred date and time. We’ll reply with availability and pricing. An enquiry does not reserve a slot.
Why do hair colour and treatment prices vary?
Length, density, previous colour and the work required affect the appointment and product quantity. We assess your hair and confirm the service, inclusions and total before starting.
How long will my service take?
We’ll estimate the duration once we know your service and requirements. For an occasion, share the time you need to be ready.
Should I mention previous treatments or sensitivities?
Yes. Tell us about previous colouring or straightening and any known sensitivities during consultation. We’ll discuss suitability and whether a strand or patch test is needed.
Is Aura exclusively for women?
Yes. Aura is a women-only salon at 57, Paota C Road, Jodhpur, open daily from 10 AM to 8 PM.
When is my booking confirmed?
We confirm your date, time, services and price with you on WhatsApp. Where an advance is required, your quotation states the amount and terms. Your booking is reserved after the agreed requirements are completed and you receive confirmation from Aura.
How do I pay?
We share payment instructions and any advance required directly on WhatsApp after discussing your booking. We acknowledge your payment and confirm the remaining balance.
What if I need to cancel or change my date?
Contact us as early as possible. Your quotation confirms the cancellation, refund and rescheduling terms before you pay any advance. A replacement date depends on availability.
